01 // Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") govern the relationship between bdt81 (hereinafter "bdt81", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual (hereinafter "Player", "User", "you", or "your") who accesses, registers on, or makes use of the services available at bdt81.net.

By completing the registration process, by depositing funds into a bdt81 account, by placing any wager through the bdt81 sportsbook or casino, or by otherwise accessing any feature of bdt81.net, you agree unconditionally to these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must immediately cease use of the platform and must not attempt to register an account.

These Terms should be read alongside the bdt81 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and available on this website. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional material or communication, these Terms shall prevail.

02 // Eligibility & Age Restriction

To create and use a bdt81 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter during which your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. bdt81 is strictly an adults-only platform. Players under 18 are not permitted to register, deposit, or place wagers under any circumstances.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, officer, director, agent, or contractor of bdt81 or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of any such individual, for the purpose of playing for real money.
• You must not already hold another active bdt81 account. bdt81 strictly enforces a one-account-per-player policy.

Age Verification Process

bdt81 uses a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to confirm the identity and age of all players. Upon registration, and at any point during the lifecycle of your account, bdt81 may request one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued National ID (NID) card
• A valid passport or driving licence
• A recent bank statement or mobile financial service (MFS) transaction record confirming your name and address
• A selfie or live photo for identity matching purposes

Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the timeframe specified by bdt81 will result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality. Accounts found to belong to individuals under the age of 18 will be permanently closed without notice, and all deposits and winnings will be forfeited.

03 // Account Registration & Security

Registration Requirements

To register a bdt81 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number linked to your primary MFS wallet. You must update this information promptly if any details change after registration.

You may only hold one active account on bdt81 at any given time. Creating duplicate accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances across all associated accounts.

Username and Password

Upon registration, you will create a unique username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of these credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password not used on any other platform
• Never share your login credentials with any other person
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where offered
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device
• Notify bdt81 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account

bdt81 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your account credentials resulting from your failure to maintain their confidentiality. However, bdt81 will cooperate with any reasonable investigation and may temporarily suspend your account to prevent further unauthorised activity pending resolution.

Account Verification and Holds

bdt81 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on any account, deposits, or withdrawal requests for the purpose of identity verification, fraud prevention, or compliance with applicable regulations. During any such hold, bdt81 will contact the account holder through their registered email address and request the necessary documentation to resolve the matter promptly.

04 // Deposits & Withdrawals

Supported Payment Methods

bdt81 supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively via Bangladeshi mobile financial services and selected local bank channels. Currently accepted methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), and Upay (UCB). All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bdt81 does not accept credit card payments, international wire transfers, or cryptocurrency transactions.

Deposit Conditions

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200.
• All funds deposited into a bdt81 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are credited to your bdt81 account balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the relevant MFS provider. In rare cases, delays of up to 30 minutes may occur due to network conditions.
• bdt81 does not charge a fee for processing deposits. However, your MFS provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are your responsibility.

Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and, wherever possible, to the same method used for the most recent deposit.
• Before processing any withdrawal, bdt81 may require completion of the KYC verification process. Unverified accounts will have withdrawals held pending documentation review.
• Most bKash and Nagad withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes during standard operating hours (08:00–02:00 BST). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed at the start of the next business window.
• bdt81 reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals above ৳20,000 within any 24-hour period.
• Any bonus funds or free-spin winnings must satisfy the applicable wagering requirements in full before they become eligible for withdrawal.

Anti-Money Laundering

bdt81 operates in compliance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) standards. Deposits are accepted in good faith as funds derived from legitimate personal income or savings. bdt81 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any account exhibiting unusual transaction patterns and to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where legally required.

05 // Bonus & Promotions Policy

bdt81 offers a range of bonuses and promotional campaigns to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer on the promotions page. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion's terms shall take precedence for matters relating solely to that promotion; these general Terms shall govern all other matters.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x, 35x) for each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the following general rules apply:

• Only real-money wagers — not bonus-funded wagers — contribute towards clearing a bonus wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Different game categories may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live table games may contribute at a lower rate as specified per promotion.
• Maximum bet sizes while a bonus is active may be capped at ৳500 per spin or round unless a higher limit is stated in the specific offer terms.
• Bonus funds that remain uncleared after 30 days from the date of credit will expire automatically and be removed from the account balance.

Bonus Abuse

bdt81 actively monitors for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk offsetting bets to artificially meet wagering requirements, creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus multiple times, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have its bonus balance voided and may face permanent suspension.

06 // Game Rules & Fair Play

All casino games available on bdt81.net are supplied by third-party certified game studios including, but not limited to, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Habanero, Play'n GO, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by its own rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers.

Random Number Generators

All slot games and virtual table games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided by the respective game studio. RNG certification ensures that game outcomes are statistically random and cannot be predicted or influenced by the player, bdt81, or any third party. Live Casino Games

Sports Betting

All sports betting odds on bdt81 are set by our in-house trading team and/or third-party data providers. bdt81 reserves the right to:

• Void bets placed after an event has already commenced where a clear error in pre-match odds has been identified
• Suspend markets at any time without notice, including during live in-play events
• Limit or restrict the stakes of any player whose betting patterns are considered inconsistent with recreational gambling
• Void bets where a verifiable technical or pricing error resulted in odds that were materially different from fair market value

Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction that interrupts a game or bet in progress, bdt81's standard policy is to void the affected round or wager and return the stake to the player's account balance. bdt81 will not honour payouts arising from documented software malfunctions, disconnections caused by server errors, or any situation where the game was not operating correctly at the time the wager was placed.

07 // Prohibited Conduct

bdt81 operates as a secure, fair, and responsible gaming platform. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one bdt81 account, whether using your own or another person's identity
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain — any such gains must be reported immediately and will be voided
• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software that generates bets or interacts with the platform without human input
• Colluding with other players in live poker, live casino, or any other multiplayer game format
• Depositing funds on behalf of another person or allowing another person to use your account
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic exploitation of promotional offers intended to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome
• Attempting to access another player's account or bdt81's administrative systems without authorisation
• Using a VPN, proxy, or any other technology to misrepresent your geographic location or identity

08 // Account Suspension & Closure

Closure by bdt81

bdt81 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Grounds for closure include, but are not limited to, any breach of these Terms & Conditions, failure to complete KYC verification, suspected fraudulent or criminal activity, or receipt of a chargeback from a payment provider. In cases of suspension, bdt81 will notify the account holder via their registered email address and indicate the grounds for the action where permissible.

Voluntary Closure by the Player

Players who wish to close their bdt81 account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any remaining real-money balance that has met all applicable wagering requirements will be returned to the player's registered withdrawal method. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Self-Exclusion

Players who believe their gambling has become problematic may request a self-exclusion through bdt81's responsible gaming tools. Self-exclusion closes the account for a minimum period of 6 months and may be extended for longer periods upon request. During a self-exclusion period, the player will not receive any promotional communications from bdt81. Requests to re-open a self-excluded account before the agreed exclusion period has elapsed will not be honoured. Effect of Closure

Upon closure of a bdt81 account — whether initiated by bdt81 or the player — the following applies:

• The player's access to the platform is immediately revoked
• Eligible real-money balances will be returned within 5 business days, subject to any outstanding verification requirements
• Unclaimed bonus balances and any associated pending winnings from bonus play will be voided
• bdt81 will retain transaction records, KYC documentation, and account history in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data retention obligations
